The Ase Utra S series SL7i sound suppressors are available invarious calibres, from .308 Win up to 9.3x66.

SL7i suppressors are updated and lightened variants of the earlier S7 suppressor.

Manufactured in Finland by Ase Utra OY, the S series SL7i suppressors are manufactured out of 300 series stainless steel and are assembled by welding.

The S series is a good option for those who are seeking maximum sound suppression levels on .308 Win calibre for example.

S series SL7i suppressors feature a robust construction and they are built for a long service life.

The S series SL7i suppressor adds only 147 mm to the length of the weapon, with the diameter being 44,5 or 45 mm.

S series SL7i suppressors are available with a varietyof internal threads to fit directly onto the rifle barrel.

Standard threads include for example M14x1, M15x1, M17x1, M18x1, ½"x20 UNF and 5/8"x24 UNEF to fit most current centrefire rifles.

Other threads are also available.

The S series SL7i suppressors reduce the weapon sound pressure level by 25-33 dB (depending on calibre, ammuntion type, measurement location).

The S series SL7i suppressors also reduce recoil and muzzle flash significantly.

Rifles tested with the S series SL7i suppressors, comply with the latest personal exposure limit set by the European Directive2003/10/EC (140 Pa tai 137 dB (C)).

* Suppressors can be used on these calibres, however the bullet channel is oversized compared to the calibre, possibly affecting suppressor performance. Also the suppressor may be too short, when compared to the power of the calibre.
** Safe to shoot, however the difference between the suppressor bullet channel and calibre is quite excessive and clearly affecting the suppressor performance.
